Ravi's eyes sparkled. "It would be an honor, sir."
As Malhotra turned to leave, he paused at the door and said, "Oh, and one more thing—ensure the team doesn't just follow orders. Make them believe in the vision. That’s the true mark of a boss."
Ravi sat back in his chair, the weight of responsibility sinking in. He looked out at his team, who now seemed more than just employees—they were his partners in building something bigger.
With a deep breath, Ravi whispered to himself, "Main hoon boss. Lekin ab ek saccha leader ban ke dikhana hai."
